Obligatory Journal is Obligatory

idk, I was bored and it's been quite a time since I made a journal, so wth? c:

I have made actual friends irl! Weird, right? We have deep discussions every week and it's pretty chill.
Also, I am trying to get a job as a baker! I have a friend who knows someone who might be able to help (and my mom has been pretty helpful too <3)
I found some cool new music and vids on youtube. Basically yt and tumblr is my life and home. Like my own electronically-made turtle shell XD

My cousin and I helped our landlord by clearing out a shit-ton of weeds in the backyard. Afterwards, he came with his truck and we cleared 3 out of four trees we were gonna do. He said that this was WAY to much for us so he'd get a landscaper next time. He's a much better/nicer landlord than our last one!

School is actually going much better then I thought! But not as good as it should be lol.
I'm going to be finishing up soon, and we decided going to a community college for the our Associate's would be better then taking a shit-ton of extra classes to try to obstacle-course our way directly into NYU.

I'm trying to write more (and better....or just write at all :/) since I went to a meet-and-greet with a local author! Her name is Stacey Wilk and she has written 2 books in her Gabriel Hunter series (by name, they are "Welcome to Kata-Tataroo" and "Welcome to Bibliotheca") Even tho the second book has some implications about religion (Christianity, specifically) that I didn't like (and some stereotypical characteristics for the female protagonist) it's a very good read and very original. I especially like how she isn't afraid to be honest and real - in the book and at the meeting. c: 
Speaking of meet-and-greets, we went to Bunny's (grav3yardgirl on yt) in NYC. They went over time, and we barely missed getting to see her! Oh, well, c'est la vie!
I've also been watching Marc Crilley's yt tutorials for drawing recently, which makes me even more aware about how bad of an artist I am. fml.

That makes me think of some things: 1. I need to finsih my sexy Sonjida (anthro alien character) pic! 2. How are you fairing with the Sterek fanfic, Yami-maru? and 3. I STILL FUCKING SUCK AT WRITING AND DRAWING MY OWN CHARACTERS, I JUST CAN'T EVEN, JUST DFHUEIGHERUIQHGUIERYHUGHERUIQHU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyways, that's all the updates for me atm. Hope life continues to not sick for me. And hopefully get a bit better. haha, not likely because my writing skills are the worst :/ (I mean for getting it done, btw. My creativity and mechanics are impeccable, if I do say so myself c: )
